It j. s probable that special representations will again b< Illiidc lo the Marine Department complaining of the frequency with which Jackson'* Head light is extinguished, and pointin" out the urgent need of better liihtir" arrangements.

WELLINGTON, November 18. In the House of Representatives last evening Mr Graham, referring to the Takapuna having grazed Walker's Beef, asked whether anything would bo done to prevent the light at Jackson's Head being extinguished so frequently as it had been of late and to provide better lighting arrangements.

Air Fowids said that the matter would be brought before tne Minister ol Marine, who was absent from home at the time.
