A DIFFICULT PROBLEM. (Per li'ibteb Phess Association.) AOCIWnD, October 29. Thomas W. Deacun, licensee of Ihe Kumen Hotel, was convicted of permitting drunkenness, and fused £5. The license was not endorted, Mr Cullen, 8.M., stating that tlw licensee had a most difficult problem in maintaining order amongst a class of clients difficult to deal with.
