(Received Oct. 30, at 0.20 a.m.) At the half-yearly meeting of tho Colonial Sugar Co. it was reported that tho net profit- for the year was £168,880, making, with tho added balance, £225.381. A dividend of 5 per cent, was declared, and £82,882 was carried forward.
