(Received July 20. at 10 p.m.) The Times states that tho Government lias determined to proceed immediately with the const ruction of the contingent Dreadnoughts. ill' ll'Kennu. replying to Mr Craig, said that £150,009 would be paid in 30 years at the rat 3 of £5000 annually for the Auckland dry dock, The subsidy has been granted with a view to getting the dock properly equipped. Tho only other subsidised dock is that at Colombo.
