(Received March 2, at 0.30 a.m.) Germany proposes to add the insurance of widows ai:,l orphans to the existing oldage pension scheme. Tiie employer and employee will each pay half, the 'Government noding 50 maiks for a widow's pension and eO marks for each orphan; also sickness iiwuniuccs for agriculluriil workers, servants, and eastu'l labourers.
