RAILWAY WEIGHBRIDGES BLAMED. Press Assaciatiou—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 24. In reference to the short weight of coal shipments from Newcastle, shippers say that the railway weighbridges are mainly lo blame, but the department denies this, and asserts that the weighbridges are tested weekly.
