NOTICE TO TEMPERANCE WOBKEBS. In connection villi the above, the Nolicense Office, 14 Empire Buildings, Princes street, is again open. Hours, 9 a.m. to 5.50 p.m.; closed, Ito 2 for lunch. We shall be very glad indeed to put persons on the roll for a-ny part of the city. Rolls close on February 15 (Monday next). All who have come of ago since tho election or become entitled to vote are urged to enroll themselves at once.
