THE TURKISH BOYCOTT. THREAT "ifAUSTRIA. VIENNA, November 26. ' Austria ' threatens to withdraw her Minister, the Marquis Paliavicini, unless Turkey stops the boycott against Austrian trade. ATTACK ON BRITAIN. BERLIN, November 27. (Received Nov. 28, at 0.35.a.m.) The Vossiche Zcitung, in a -violent article, accuses Britain of prompting the Turkish boycott of Austrian goods, and warns the Young Turks to beware of her or their cause is rained. ' THE CONFERENCE, PROSPECT OF DELAY. LONDON, November 27. (Received Nov. 28, at 0,35 a.m.) • The Times' Belgrade correspondent advises that thert is less prospect of a conference' in the near future. Tho Bosnian question will be left open, and Servia and! Montenegro must await a more favourable juncture for the settlement of their claims.
