—— —-e. Fkidat, November 27. (Before Mr W. G. K. Kenrick, S.M.) Drunkenness.—Henry Ellis, who pleaded " Iruilty," was -fined ss, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. Prohibition Order.—A prohibition order was granted against a man upon the application of his brother. Maintenance. — Henry .Roberts was charged with being about to leave tho Dominion without making adequate provision for the maintenance of his unborn child.—Mr Moore appeared for complainant, and, on defendant consenting, an order was made that he appear at the court on December IS to allow Mr Hanlon to conduct the defence. Sureties were fixed at self in and one. surety of' £100.—While coi. ..ting to the bond, defondant wished it to bo thoroughly understood that he denied paternity.
