A BIG TRANSACTION
PURCHASE OF RAILWAY AND : DOCKS. Prsss Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 20. The Taff Vale Railway Company has arranged to purchase the Rhymncy-Car-diff railways and Bute docks- (Cardiff). This represents a twenty-million deal, and gives the combined undertaking a direct'shipping trade of 17 million tons, including the trade of Pcnarth.
