After a slight discussion the motion was carried.
The retiring direrioi* (Messrs Loylnnd and Hancock) wore unanimously re-clcfted. The remuneration of directors was lined at the same raU> as for the preceding year. 'Ilie seventeenth appropriation of £500 liv free ballot wa.s drawn by fluster X<>. 154 (i.hi'ee share-.;), held by one shareholder, and the eighteenth appropriation of £500 by premium, ballot, at £25 per eentum was drawn by duster 297 (four shares), held by one shareholder.
