BRISBANE, July 28. (Received July 29, at 0.15 a.m.) The Acting Premier has been advised that Mr Kideton's negotiations with the Bank of England have resulted in a reduction of the charges in connection with the management of the Queensland loans to the extent of £2500 per annum on existing loans, and a similar amount por million on future flotations.
