Senator Dobson. urged the need of regulation for machinery. Dealing with the unemployed question, he recommended tie creation of labour bureaus, a, pcrrai colany for nawjlling workers, and a labour colony for. the physically inefficient,. A British colony, however, was the best, for lwnest men who were unable to find an honest day's work. There ougiht, too, to bo some arbitration authority to settle the wages question. "for the absence of sweating in Zealand. The Christian truth section met in Kensington Town ,H*U, and .discussed Christian Science. . A'majority of the speakers favoured the rejection of its errors- and the retention of its vital principle by the Church returning to the ■healing office, as exercised in apostolic days. It iras/ stated that there is a unique clinic in Boston (U.S.A.), where the -physician and theotogic-psychologist successfully co-operate in all nervous disorders. Harold Anson, formerly of Auckland. < Bishop Neligan, presiding over the section for the discussion of the question of, that preparation of the young for personal service in the Giurch, asked: "■Remembering that this as the anniversary of the battle of Waterloo, what would win the Church's Waterloo?" He answered: " A whole-hearted, devoted clergy and laity." .
