William Gillespie, claim £18 4e Ud, on account stated (costs £2 4« 6d); Molli6ons Ltd. v. Ernest Ward (Waikato). claim £23 16s od, Rood supplied (casts £2 14s); Annie IJurns v. Michael Mulharo (Invcrcargill), claim £8 ss, on account stated (cods 25s 6d); J. and ,T. Arthur v. W. F. Joynt, claim £6 5s 9d, for (roods (costs 23s 6d); Abraham Myers v. John Barclay (Fortification, Milton).—Claim £5 4s 6d, on a judgment summons.-Defendant did not appear, and an order was made that ho pay the sum named, with 20s coste, forthwith, in default 10 days' imprisonment,-* Mr iMoorc appeared for plaintiff. Samuel Jams v. Angus M'Kay (Sawyers' I 7 i lm • on a Judgment summons. -Defendant, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the claim, with 6s costs, forthwith, in default seven days' imprison, merit. Jessie anil Juliana Hutoheson v. John Matapero Llhson (Pukctiraki).-Claim £10 ?? H fees and expenses duo to the late William Hutchison in connection with surveying a block of land for defendant in July, 1801,-Ailer hearing cvidonco his Worship gavo judgment for defendant, with costa (193)).—Mr Burnard appeared for : plaintiffs.
M'Dougall and Co. v. Daniel Henry Flint.—Olalm £1 Is, for valuing property. -Mr Moore appeared for plaintiffs.—His Worship, after hearing evidence, gavo judgment for plaintiffs, with costs (£1 15a 6d). Tho reason the costs wero so heavy was that part of them had rolation to another claim which defendant confessed.
