PROPERTY SALES.
Messrs E, L. Macasssy and' Co. held an auction sole of properties at their rooms, Rattray street, yesterday, when .there wa-i a fstir attendance of buyers. Socuon 9, block XXIX, St. Kildn, containing 40ft x 100 ft, with cottage thereon, situated! in Young street, started at £200, and soon reached £242, and was knocked down to Mr G. Chco Quee. The adjoining seotion, 40ft x 100 ft, was also sold to the same buyer for £GO. Stotiofcs in, Black's road and 1 Mechanic street, North-East Yalloy, were also offered, but not reaching the reserve wcto passed in for private gale.
