MORI-; NATIVES ARRESTED.
RESERVE TROOPS RESUMMONED,

DURBAN, December 16.
Dinizuhi has been conveyed to Durban. Ten of tho natives who were previously accompanying him have been arrested on suspicion of sedition, and tho rest sent to their homes and warned to deliver up all rebels and firearms. Many of the natives have brought in firearms.
A portion of the troops aro demobilising.
Colonel Mackenzie reports that the outlook :.s reassuring.
Reuters Vryheid correspondent asserts that the order for the demobilisation of tho mounted rifles and other troops has been cancelled, and that tho district reserves in Utrecht and Vryheid liavo been resummoned. The sudden character of the decision lias caused much excitement. ,SUBMISSION OF THE ROYAL TRIBE.
