The Brussels correspondent of 'Die Times says that tho Congo scheme earns the mildest- approvement. Even the supporters of the Government- arc doubtful whether the Congo as a Crown colony would pay if forced labour and other abuses wero abolished. To purchoso King Loopold's interests would cost over £100,000,000.
