A JUDGMENT SET ASIDE. SYDNEY, July 23. (Received July 23, at 11.44 p.m.) A judgment obtained against the Daily Telegraph for libelling a candidate at a recent election by classifying him as a Socialist has been eet aside by tlie Full Court. The Chief Justice held that the judge in tile lower court should have determined that there was jio evidence upon which a rational verdict for the plaintiff could be found.
