Providing that Section G of the Amendment Act of 19flG shall apply to any -works, materials, or tilings executed, provided, or done by the Board pursuant to Section 2G of the Principal Act or this Act, and tho'co3t thereof. 20. Amending Section. 44 of the Principal Act by repealing the words "any by-law" and substituting therefor the words "by resolution from timo to time." 21. Exempting the Board from payment of stamp duty. 22. Providing that any officer or' person acting for the Board may make searohes in tho Lands Deeds and Survey Offices without payment of any search fee. 23. Providing that this Act shall take effect from the passing of tho Principal Act. AND.
