(Received -Jnily 17, at 9.28 p.m.) Tho Daily Telegraph states that a Government committee, consisting-of Mr Lloyd-George, Mr Sydney Buxton, Mr Kunciraan, and Mr Churchill, lias decided against the "all-red route," chiefly on financial grounds. It ie expected that the Cabinet will endorse the decision.
