WHANGAREI STABBING CASE.
DISAPPEARANCE OP BRADSHAW'.
SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DROWNED.

Somo faint hope is jiow held out of recovery, if no chango for the worse takes placo in the next two or three days. AUCKLAND, July 3. Bradshaw, who was charged with tho attempted murder of his uncle at Opuawhanga, was missed from tho steamer Aupouri whilst being brought to Auckland by a constable, and presumably ho was drowned.
Bradshaw was under the charge of Constablo Wade.
Tho Aupouri had a rough trip from Whangarei. About 6 o'clock this morning Bradshaw said' ho wanted to go on deck, and tho constable accompanied him. Bradshaw suddenly bolted behind the deckhouses, and was not seen afterwards. A Whangerei tradesman who travelled to Auckland by. the same boat as that which convoyed Bradshaw has wired that Bradshaw jumped overboard at Point Rodney, There is nothing further to hand.
