The offence was allegod to have been committed in May. The prosecutor has hitherto been afraid to give any information, having been drunk while a prohibited person. The prisoners bad been at the time suspected of being connected with several disturbancce, hut jn the absence of evidence had been charged with vagrancy and been sent to gaol for three months.
