(Received ,lnly 3, at 9.42 p.m.) Colonel Bolabansky, chief of the Tiflie police, committed suicido owing to being reprimanded for lack of energy in'connection with the Terrorist 'outrage and robbWv cabled on June 25.
Ten bombs were thrown in succession into F.rwun square, T'iflis, when it was crowded with people. Two pel-sons were killed and 50 injured, and great damage was done. There was a terrible panic. The outi'agc covered a robbery of £34,000 from a Treasury vail.
