SYDNEY, July 2. (Received July 2, at 10.12 p.m.) A shocking tragedy has taken place at Hillston. A man named Robert Whatlcy knocked at the door of a woman named Hussey, and when she opened tho door lie shot her in the breast, the bullet emerging at tho armpit. Whatley then asked the woman if she was nearly dead, and, getting an affirmative reply, he blew out his own brains. Hussey is progressing favourably.
