Re Cullon v. Tait.—Case referred back tc magistrate with the instruction that the dredge must carry tho complement required by section 51 for a ship of her tonnage anc horse power; co«rts £' 7s. He Chaffey v. Butterworth. —Argument was heard in this case, which had been More the court the day previous.—Mr Woc-tihouse argued on the whole facts and circumstances of the case that Mrs Chaffey had never intended to sett'e hei after-acquired properly nor to consent to tho other provisions in the settlement to which she now took exception.
