The St. Kilda Borough Council invites TENDERS for the PURCHASE of FORTYFIVE DEBENTURES of £100 each in the form numbered 3 in the First Schedule to the said Act, being part of ihe Seventy Debentures issued far tho following purposes: — (a) Street and Fcotpsth Formation, £6600. (b) Extension of tho Town Hall, £300, (c) Firo Plugs, £100. SECURITY. ■ The Property of the Borough of St. Kilda and any Rovcnuos of the said Borough from any source other than moneys received by way of grant from tho Government of New Zealand, and any Fund 3 and Moneys of the eaid Borough, subject lo a Special Loan of JTCOQO, bearing interest at £U per centum per annum (secured on the General Rates of the Borough), and' also to a'Spcial. Tho said Debentures will boar interest at tho rato of £4 10s per centum pet annum pnyublo half-yearly. 4. Coupons for future interest are attached to e&cJi debenture, and tho interest for any broken period will bo so adjusted on tho first coupon tit issue that interest shall run on such sum paid by the tenderer including deposit from tho date of payment. f>.
