The barque Seroiia, bound from Melbourne to Qiieenstown, (luring a gale on March 18 had four of her crew swept- overljoa.rd and drowned. The captain, at the risk of his life, was chiefly instrumental in rescuing two others, who were holding on to a rope in icy water at the chip's side.
