INCOME-TAX CASE.
Pr*s» Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ADELAIDE, June 11. The case against the. A.M.P. Society, -which made no income tax return in 1902, on the ground that the law exempted mutual life assurance companies, was argued before the Supreme Court. The court found that the society had in South Australia an income of £28,562 which is ♦•axable.
