Messrs Gcoige Dean, BocWort, Hart, and Miss Ada Sadler, tho popular vocalists, will provide new items, and the ontoriarmiiont will close 'with a new series of bioscope pkstares, Although tho season lua boon in every way a great raceess, the comjany will shortly say farcweD, as the theatre has -been otherwise-engaged, ALHAMBRA THEATRE. There was an excellent lwuso at the Alhambra Theatre last ovoning, the company appearing again in the bill that was presented on Saturday evening. A feature of the perfonnaaoe was the singing by Mir Percy Denton of " There's tv Name," his own composition, in commemoration of the anniversary of the death of Mr Seddon. The song was received with enthusiasm. Armstrong and Verne staged a delightfully refreshing skotch, which was full of witticisms and quaint sayings, and which caused unlimited amusement itr Clarence Tisdale, Miss Eileen CNrfU, Victor (ventriloquist), the Rose sisters, Miss Ida Berridge, Flo. Weston, Harry Linden, Ivy Goodwill Joo "Woodward, and Era Del&valo are the other artists contributing to an excellent bill. The company will appear again this evening, THE SALVATION ARMY. Following on tho Young People's Demonstration on Sunday, a young pooplo's concert waa given in the, Salvation Army Barracks lr.«t evening. There was a fairly large audience, acd tho programme was warmly received. It consisted of items solely by young children, aad comprised recitations, songs, drills, etc., all of which \ieio most creditably rendered,
