He is also consulting-with bankers, financiers, and commercial circles relative to the question of taking over Slate debts. Ho believes that by the agency undertaking the inscription of loans he will effect a saving of lire or six thousand pounds yearly.

Mr Bent was present at the opening of the Balkan States Exhibition at Earl's Court.
