Renter's Parts correspondent states tliat the German Minister at Teheran (Persia) h.in secured a rnnvention establishing a (ifiman bank. The attempt of France in the snmo direction in 1906 was overruled by Russia on the ground that the Russian Bank of Persia met all requirements.
