Diehard Charles Waghoru, St, Kildn, £2 10s sd, for work and material; costs ss. Laidlaw and Gray v. Andis AVickiar.d, X-crtb-East Valley, £4 t)3 Bd, tor Roods; cost; Ms. Mills, l)ick, and Co. v. Nicholas Moloney Ba'clutha, £3, tor good 9! costs 10s. jjrace. AVindle, Blyth, and Co. v. W. T. May and Co., Cromwell, £8 Is Gd, on a dishonoured promissory note; costs 2!s (id. Thomson, ]Jridgcr, and Co. v. Gustavo R. Harrison Anderson's Bay, claim Si lis 2d, dn a judgmint summons.—Defendant did. not appear, »> and was ordored to pay the balance owing (£1 lis 2d) with lis expenses forthwith it default seven days' imprisonment—Mr Mc.ori appeared for the plaintiffs. 0.
