(Received April 27, 4.51 p.m.) Representatives of the new Australian mail syndicato in the course of a brief interview with Mr Deakin and Sir. W. Lyno intimated that they would be able in a few days to announce that satisfactory arrangements had been completed for the early commencement of the building of tho vessels.
