MELBOURNE, April 24. _ It is understood here that it is the intention of the company to carry on the Vancouver mail service at the expiration of o he existing contract in July. It is stated that, the company has undertaken to brill" the service up to the standard required uy the Postal Department as far as accelerated speed is confcerned.
