FIRE AT TOULON.
THIRTY MEN INJURED,

PARIS, April 23. A fire at Toulon Arsenal destroyed the workshops and offices of the Torpedo School and several storehouses. Thirty soldiers and sailors were injured and tho damage is estimated at several millions of francs. The cause is unknown I'AKIS, April 24. ' (Received April 24, at 11.23 p.m.). A fuse pushed under the door of an annexe was the causo of the Toulon fire.
