Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 11. It is officially announced that Sir H. E. M'Callitm (Governor of Natal) succeeds Sir H. A. Blake as Governor of Ceylon, and Sir M. Nathan (Governor of Hongkong) becomes Governor of Natal, Sir Frederick Lugard succeeding Sir M. Nathan.
