The members of rtic class desire to supply this lack, and to tins end are negotiating for the purchase of a section of_ ground on the Main road, nearly opposite the. Presbyterian Church. Un this thev propose, if adequate support 1)0. lorthcomine, to erect, a building to contain a small Ml holding, say, 100° persons, a room for reading and recreation and a su-iimnm;,' haili. The hali would be used for the regular meetings of the class on Sunday afternoons and also for conccrts and lectures on week evenings. The read-ing-room and bath would be open to t'no young men of the Valley under proper supervision, and on reasonable conditions. The members of the class are giving the proposal their enthusiastic support, and have already subscribed more than enough to pay the deposit necessary to secure the section.
