Sir,—l beg to call "Pitman's" attention, and that of all those who are interested in the winged art of phonography, to Uio fact that at a well-known shorthand school in Dunodin there are classes already in progress for speed certificates. Examinations will be held for same for from 80 up. to 200 words per minute. Surely this chould meet "Pitman's" ideal for keeping up his practice—l am, etc., PITUANITE.
