Advice has boon received by Inspector Cullcn that Robert Gibb, Into hotclkocpor' at,, Ncnvcsvillc, Thames, was arrested at Honolulu on the arrival of the. t.s.s. Sierra, from Auckland, on a charge of obtaining £12 from Alexander Johnston, licensee of the Empire Hotel, Auckland, by moans of false pretences. He was brought before the Honolulu Court and remanded, pendin; the production of the extradition warrant A detective- will be sent from Auckland bv the next boat in charge of the necessary document!,
