'M'lntyre, Superintendent of Judges iuiU Award;." beventeen regulations nro comprised in this document, of. which the following are the most' remark- ■• able by virtuo of the powers which they confer upon the superintendent of awards:—. No. 13: An exhibitor may appeal againsii. any, award made by the judge- in his clas, such appeal to bo lodged with, the superintendent of awards within 24 hours of iho publication of the judge's award, and to bo accompanied by a sum of £2,/ which shall be returned if tho appeal.is successful. These payments will form: a sjweial fund for tho remunerating of experts called in to give evidence to. the superintendent of awards. No. 14: When an exhibitor lias made out . a prima facie ease for tho ro-examinatiori of his exhibits, the superintendent of awards may order such examination, to be made - by ail expert, and upon a report hoing .received from such export the superintendent of awards may. if ho sees lit, alter the av;ard appealed against. The decision of the superintendent of awards on any rmostion connected' with awards shall b<* final. . . .
