(Received March 18, at 11.32 p.m.) The til most secrecy is preserved regarding the details of the construction nf the new cruiser Tmlomilablo, which embodies experiments in the direction of the latest developments that have hecn suggested in connection with recent warfare and gunpowder. Her speed is 25 knots, exceeding thai of any other cruiser. The sister ships Invincible and Indexible are in course of construction al the fifcswick and Clydebank works.
