The presentation, .which; 'consisted of a cabinet and a stiver-mounted' tobacco pouch, was made by Mr F. H. Morice, who said that the donors could not allow tha occasion to pass by without showing tho respect and esteem in which they held their' pastor for the services he had rendered them. Canon King, who was taken completely by surprise, sincerely thanked tho donors, and said that what he had done for'the benefit of those concerned was a work of love. Ee heartily appreciated the kindness which had .prompted the members of the class to show their recognition of his services.
