(Received March 17, at 4.42 p.m.) At the trial of Harry Thaw, charged with the murder of .Stanford White, the. witness Hummel in cross-examination admitted that lie had been convicted of conspiracy and disbarred, and that two other indictments for subornation and' perjury were ponding- against him. A stenographer in Hummel's employ testified thai. Miss Nesbit (now Mrs Thaw) signed an affidavit wherein she stated that, the confessions made in Tans were extorted. The case was adjourned till Monday,
