(Received March 8, at 11.37 p.m.) Hid Constantinople correspondent of The Times reports that an Anglo-French syndicate consisting of the Bank of England and the Ottoman Bank and its group, have bought a majority of the Constantinople Quays Company's" shares, The company, heretofore exclusively French, has being organised under the aegis of Britain and France.
