(Received March 6, at 10.6 p.m.) Eight residents of Ballinbragh were charged at Lelrim assizes with rioting. The evidence showed that boycotted men, who went 20 miles for bread, were waylaid and robbed of their provisions by 700 people. Judge Kenny declared that it was lnrd to believo we were living in a Chrittian If jurors sympathised with the prisoners they were unfit to fill tho most menial oflice. Tho jury disagreed, and tho ease was adjourned till* next assizes.
