Lotters wero Tend from tho St. Kilda, Council pointing out- that the district htaltli officer had complained of tho filthy state of the ditch at tho corncr of Albert street and Royal crescent. It was requested that the board have same filled up and piped.— Referred to tho Works Committee.—A similar complaint ro Prince Edward road ditch had, Iho chairman explained, been attended to. Tho Town Clerk of St. Kil'da wrote that tho council could not vcduco nito for water supplied lo tho pumping station.—Received. REPORTS. The Works Committee and tho Finance Commilteo's reports, as presented, were adopted without comment.
