The Wellington Harbour Board invites TENDERS for the PURCHASE of ONE THOUSAND Debentures of £100 each, part of a Loan of 1830,000 authorised by "The Wellington Harbour Board Act, 1902" and " The Wellington Harbour Board Empowering Act, 1902, Amendment Act, 1903." The Debentures will be issued subject to half-yearly drawings, extending from the 28th February, 1912, to 28th August, 1946. Tho average duration of the Loan will he 28." years. The Debentures will bear interest at the rate of f-t 5s per centum per annum, from tho 28th February, 1907, Payable by Coupons half-yearly on the 28th August and the 28th February in each year.
