At the inquest on Tilson Smith, dentist, Dr Wcntrcath, who made the porf mortem, expressed tho oninion that death was duo to cerebral hemovrbasro, or coma, due to poison introduced externally. He considered if dcirab'c to submit specimens to an analvst. The inquest was adjourned till September 27. A wire was received by flic police from Cromwell yesten'av statins" that- a man named John M'Crosbic, a rabbitter, aged 52 years, dropped dead at 9.30 a.m. yesterday at th.« Lindis P*ss Hotel. A doctor had prescribed for him a few weeks ago for heart disease, and it is supposed that ho died from that cause.
