UNITED MISSION.
The united mission at the southern end of the 'city was continued at the Baptist Church Cavcrsham, last evening. Tho Kcv. W. Lamb, who is conducting the mission, delivered an-earnest and powerful address, illustrating- it with incidents' from personal acquaintance with life, etc. Tho preacher instanced how the children of Israel, rolievqd from their bondage, entered upon a new lifo and drew therefrom tho. conclusion that thoso who put their trust in Chris: also entered upon a new life, and into a new relationship with God. A duet was rendered by the Missos Dalziel and a solo by Mr Cook. Tho United Mission services are nightly increasing in interest. Bright Gospel songs arc sung each evening by a combined choir.- Tho mission will be continued this evening.
