RECRUITING NATIVE LABOUR. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ' LONDON, September 9. (Received Kept. 10, at- 8.58 a.m.) The Johannesburg correspondent'of Ihn Daily News reports that. Ihe policy of recruiting natives on the Kasi Coast has been frustrated owing to only one license to recruit lifting granted—to Robinson's group of mines,—licenses for a number of recruiting agents being necessary. The Daily Ne-vs accuses the local Administration of subverting the Imperial Clovcrninent*s policy.
